Stage Fear

Stage Confidence

“Stage fright is very common and could be overcomed through step by step processes, but stuttering is a fright that takes time to conquer.”

“I feel it's all wrong to be nervous," said Maria. "I feel it's lack of confidence."

There are two types of individuals in the world, one those who love speaking in public and the others who are scared stiff at the thought of it.

Performance anxiety and stage fright are perfectly normal phenomena that occur to many people. It is important for us to understand what stage fright is, so that we can help students to fully overcome it.

At Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Bhiwadi , we are sure that very child of the school get’s enough opportunity to come to stage and gain requisite confidence along their schooling years.

Know Your Stuff & Practice, Practice, Practice ….

Nothing will stop stage fright in it’s gripping tracks like being prepared, educators plan & have well developed, designed thematic topics for daily assemblies thus students know the content, their speech and more importantly the audience. If you know what you are talking about then you have no reason to be nervous.

Understanding topic will enable you to speak more naturally and hence more confidently. Practice, practice & practice all through in growing ages from foundation years till schooling ends, is the mantra for building stage confidence.

Knowing your stuff helps, but it doesn’t necessarily eradicate the problem. You need to practice as much as you can before the performance or public speaking d-day.

Participations in debates, festivals, comparing in school events & functions, ISA, IIMUN are the steps to differentiate Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Bhiwadi from others.
